When will my flowers arrive? Your Spring flowers are being shipped this week and next. For the other seasons I'll email you before I pick and send — so you'll know exactly when to expect them. Delivery is Tuesday to Friday.
What if I'm not home? Tell me a safe place at checkout — a porch, a neighbour, anywhere out of direct sun. The courier will follow your instructions.
Can I cancel? Yes, anytime. Just let me know before the next delivery and you won't be charged again. No questions, no penalties.
Do you deliver everywhere in the UK? Mainland UK— via 24-hour courier.
